Optometric Education Consultants understands the impact of face-to-face time with the attendees and the significance of being able to tell who you are and your story. We have developed an experience to balance the needs of our Industry Partners with the needs of the attendees. - Our conferences allow you to gain the attention and interact with up to 240 attendees during our two and three day conferences. To view our historical attendance per conference, view our meeting outline below.
- Up to 6 hours of exhibit hall time with attendees during breakfast, lunch, and dedicated exhibit hall hours.
- Supporter level is a way to be visible at the meeting and on the website without the commitment to attend and exhibit.
- Lanyard, room key, Wifi name and password, seat drop, and other opportunities are available for all meetings.
