Cancellation Policy
To request a cancellation, please email events@optometricedu.com. Our cancellation policy is listed below. Please note, canceling your meeting registration does not cancel your hotel reservation. All hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel cancellation policy.
- Cancellations will be processed at 100% if over 30 days before the meeting.
- Cancellations will be processed minus a $100 administrative fee within 30 days of the meeting.
- Cancellations will be processed minus a $150 administrative fee within three days of the meeting commencement.
